Do I need to be home for my cleaning?

It is entirely up to you, but most clients find it easiest to head out and let a professional work solo. Coming back to a freshly cleaned home is the best part of the service

Do you require a deposit to book?

A $50 deposit is required for first-time clients to secure their initial booking spot, which goes directly toward the final price. For established, recurring clients, deposits are waived. Please note that first-time deposits are non-refundable in the event of a same-day cancellation or lockout.

What areas of Los Angeles do you serve?

ResetWorks Cleaning covers Echo Park, Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Highland Park, Downtown Los Angeles, Glendale, Pasadena, Burbank, and Studio City. Contact us if you are nearby but do not see your neighborhood listed.

Do you clean on weekends?

Yes. Weekend, evening, and last-minute/same-day cleaning appointments are available. To request a specific time during the weekend or evenings contact us anytime.

How do you enter my home if I am not there?

You may provide a code, leave a key in a secure lockbox, or with the front desk. Whatever method you prefer, your cleaner will securely handle the details. No worries, you can enjoy your day and your cleaner will keep you posted along the way.
